The Cheese Wiz Behind Epicurean Boards 🧀✨
Hey there, fellow cheese lovers! I’m the curd nerd, cheese wrangler, and charcuterie artist behind Epicurean Boards. Some people find their passion in art, music, or skydiving—I found mine in cheese.
My cheesy journey started in the aisles of a local grocery store, where I spent 11 years learning the fine art of safely handling cheese, building eye-catching displays, and helping customers discover their new favorite bites. Little did I know, this would be the launchpad for my lifelong dairy devotion.
In 2021, I took my expertise to the next level, becoming a sales representative (Cheese Monger) for the store’s gourmet food supplier. That’s where I met Certified Cheese Professionals—a.k.a. the Jedi Masters of cheese—who mentored me and deepened my knowledge of everything from bloomy rinds to aged goudas.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of:
🧀 Attending cheese conventions, mingling with world-class cheesemakers and fellow enthusiasts.
🧀 Trekking across the U.S. to explore the best cheese shops on both coasts.
🧀 Taking an impromptu cheese adventure in Italy—what was supposed to be my honeymoon turned into a backstage pass to a small-town Grana Padano factory. I got to see firsthand how they craft an 85-pound wheel of nutty, buttery deliciousness, similar to Parmigiano Reggiano.
Now, with Epicurean Boards, I bring all that passion, knowledge, and hands-on experience to your table. Whether it’s a lavish grazing table, a cozy date-night board, or a customized cheese experience, I’m here to craft something delicious, beautiful, and totally unforgettable.
